Senior Accountant

1. Manage full-cycle accounting of an assigned Business Unit, including bookkeeping ,month ended closing, and financial reporting.

2. Participate in automation of financial reporting.

3. Identify and implement process improvements to reduce manual workload and single points of failure.

4. Support and coach junior finance staffs on day-to-day operations.

5. Prepare and submit compliance and KYC related financial reporting aligned with various licensing requirements.

6. Support internal controls and documentation aligned with AML requirements.

7.Serve the primary point of contact for external auditors, coordinating audit schedule , preparing supporting schedules , and ensuring timely provision of documentation across BU accounts and compliance records.

Requirements:
1. 3-5 years of finance or accounting experience.
2. Exposure to crypto accounting is a strong plus.
3. Bilingual preferred.
4. Solid understanding of crypto operation.
5. Strong in excel /google sheet skills, experience in accounting software (Oracle Netsuite)
6. Prior experience liaising with external auditors.
