Title: Senior Accountant
Job Responsibilities
- Managed monthly and quarterly closing and group consolidation processes to ensure accurate and timely statutory and shareholder reporting
- Performed detailed reconciliations between accounting P&L and trading/Middle Office P&L, identifying discrepancies and supporting necessary adjustments
- Oversaw accounting, reporting, and consolidation for multiple domestic and international entities, coordinating closely with local finance teams
- Acted as the primary liaison between group companies, the main shareholder, auditors, and external service providers for reporting, audits, and compliance matters
- Drove process improvements and internal control enhancements while supporting senior finance management with ad-hoc and strategic finance initiatives
Job Requirements
- At least 7 years of relevant experience in Finance and Accounting
- Japanese language proficiency (JLPT N1) or similar is required as this role requires to act as a liaison between Japanese stakeholders, both at working and management levels
Other Information
- Salary: S$8,000-10,000 (depends on experience)
