Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and motivatedSenior Accountant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate willhave a proven track record in corporate services, with a minimum of 5 years ofrelevant experience. This role is best suited for someone who thrives in asmall but dynamic work environment, values autonomy, and is eager to build andlead a team while contributing to the company's growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Full Set Accounting: Manage and prepare the full set of accounts for multiple clients across diverse industries.
- Tax Compliance: Prepare and submit GST returns, corporate tax filings, and other statutory requirements.
- Financial Reporting: Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, ensuring compliance with local regulations and accounting standards.
- Payroll Management: Oversee payroll processing and CPF submissions for clients.
- Client Management: Act as the main point of contact for client queries, providing professional advice and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Audit Coordination: Liaise with external auditors and regulatory authorities to ensure smooth audit processes.
- Process Improvement: Streamline accounting workflows and implement best practices to enhance efficiency.
- Team Development: Contribute to building and mentoring a high-performing accounting team as the company grows.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting or a related field (Preferred).
- Professional Qualification: Possession of professional certifications such as ACCA, CPA, or ISCA is highly preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience as an accountant in a corporate services or similar environment.
- Technical Skills: . Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks) and MS Office applications, especially Excel.
- Strong knowledge of Singapore's accounting standards and tax regulations.
