We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to support FP&A and costing functions in a fast-paced semiconductor environment. This role will play a key part in business partnering, providing financial insights, and supporting expansion initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for business units
- Drive costing and manufacturing finance, including standard costing and margin analysis
- Partner with operations, engineering, and supply chain to support decision-making
- Provide financial insights and performance analysis to senior stakeholders
- Support business expansion and new project initiatives
- Enhance financial reporting accuracy and process improvements
- Prepare and present management reports and analysis
- Act as a key deputy and designated successor to Finance leadership, supporting strategic oversight and execution across the function
Requirements
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 8-10 years of experience in FP&A, costing, or manufacturing finance
- Experience in semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing preferred
- Strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills
- Solid analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in Excel, SAP, or similar financial systems
