Job Summary
Manage full accounting functions including group consolidation and compliance with Singapore financial regulations, supporting audit and tax processes, and collaborating with regional finance teams to deliver accurate financial reporting and budgeting.
Responsibilities
- Manage full set of accounts including group consolidation to ensure accurate financial records
- Assist in preparing GST, Tax, and ACRA filings in compliance with Singapore standards and regulatory requirements
- Liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers, company secretaries, and government boards to facilitate audit and compliance processes
- Execute monthly and annual closing of assigned entities to meet reporting deadlines
- Collaborate with audit firms and tax consultants to prepare audit and tax schedules, ensuring timely and accurate submissions
- Prepare audited financial statements, annual reports, and Board papers to support corporate governance
- Partner with subsidiaries finance teams to review and analyze regional subsidiaries monthly management accounts for financial accuracy and insights
- Develop and prepare group budgeting to support financial planning and decision-making
Required competencies and certifications
- Chartered Accountant / ACCA / CPA certification as a professional accounting qualification
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in construction or property development industries
