Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Accountant / Finance Manager to support monthly closing activities and upcoming company and group audits. The ideal candidate will bring strong accounting and audit experience, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery of financial reporting requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with monthly financial close processes, including reconciliations and journal entries.
• Support preparation and documentation for company and group audits.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies.
• Maintain and update general ledger records.
• Collaborate with finance team members to streamline workflows and improve reporting accuracy.
• Provide adhoc support for audit queries and financial analysis.

Requirements

• Solid background in accounting and/or audit (minimum 5+ years of relevant experience).
• Handson experience with general ledger processes.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Good communication skills; Mandarin/Chinese proficiency preferred to support crossborder collaboration.
• Comfortable working in GMT+8 time zone.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in crypto/fintech or technology companies.
• Familiarity with international accounting standards (IFRS/IAS).
• Prior exposure to group consolidation or multi-entity reporting.
