On behalf of a growing real estate investment fund, we are currently seeking a Senior Accountant / Assistant Finance Manager to support and contribute to the development its finance and accounting team.
Senior Accountant / Assistant Finance Manager
- Manage the full set of accounts, including month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Prepare monthly management reports, statutory reports, and variance analyses to support business decisions.
- Consolidate multiple entities or property portfolios.
- Review property accounts and fund requests submitted by property managers.
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable functions for assets under management.
- Assist in preparing annual budgets and periodic financial forecasts.
- Monitor and maintain cash flow projections to ensure operational stability and meet capital expenditure needs.
- Handle GST returns and ensure compliance with local tax regulations and accounting standards.
- Liaise with external auditors for annual audit exercises and draft audited financial statements.
- Coordinate with tax agents and company secretaries for statutory filings.
Requirements & Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field is standard.
- A degree in Accounting / ACCA / CA is required.
- A minimum of 6 years of relevant accounting experience, ideally within the real estate or property investment sector.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills for financial modeling and data analysis.
- A driven, proactive, and detail-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently
