Responsible for overseeing accounts receivable functions at both the entity and group levels.
Responsible for performing credit control functions, including liaising with credit insurance providers to ensure appropriate coverage and risk management for customer receivables.
Identify opportunities for process improvements within the accounts receivable function.
Evaluate and establish credit control for new and existing customers.
Review credit terms and conditions and make recommendations for adjustments.
Prepare and analyze accounts receivable aging reports.
Provide regular updates on the status of outstanding receivables to management.
Receive and record customer payments, ensuring accurate application to outstanding invoices.
Assist in month-end closing activities and support yearly audit activities.
Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and relevant regulations.
Support treasury functions by liaising with banks regarding operational needs, and monitoring and forecasting cash flows to ensure sufficient liquidity for operational requirements and debt service obligations.

Requirement:
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field with minimally 5 years of experience in credit control, treasury management, or related financial roles.
Proficiency in financial analysis and cash flow forecasting.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
Ability to work independently, leadership qualities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Experience in working with credit insurance providers.
Proficiency in MS Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and SAP system is an advantage.
