Senior Accountant

We are seeking anall-rounder Senior Accountantto manage full-spectrum accounting functions, including consolidation, FP&A, and process improvements. This role is ideal for someone with anauditor backgroundwho thrives in a dynamic startup environment and enjoys close collaboration with business leaders

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-set accounting operations, including month-end and year-end close
• Prepare consolidated financial statements and reports for management review
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis (FP&A)
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices
• Oversee compliance with accounting standards, GST, WHT, and other statutory requirements
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and other external stakeholders
• Support business operations with financial insights and actionable recommendations
• Mentor and collaborate with the finance team in a fast-paced, growing environment
• Occasionally work overtime to meet deadlines or support business needs

Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• CPA / CA qualification preferred
• 7+ years of experience in accounting,auditing, or finance roles
• Strong exposure toconsolidation, FP&A, and process improvement
• Experience in industries such asmanufacturing, pharmaceutical, healthcare, or distributionis highly valued
• Comfortable working in afast-growing startup environmentwith a close-knit team
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Flexible and willing to take on responsibilities beyond standard accounting functions
