Our Client, a leading global technology company, is seeking a Senior Accountant (6 Months Contract). This role will report to the Group Finance Manager.
Responsibilities
- Prepare group consolidation, financial reporting, and financial analysis for the Group
- Perform group consolidation for approximately 18 subgroups and a total of over 80 entities using Excel
- Assist in the preparation of consolidated monthly financial reports, periodic results announcements for SGX, and annual statutory accounts
- Oversee the accounts of subsidiary companies to ensure timely monthly closing and accurate reporting
- Prepare and submit statistical returns and surveys as required
- Perform corporate tax computations and tax reporting, and support compliance with all relevant tax filing requirements
- Support the Group's annual budgeting process and quarterly rolling forecasts
- Assist the finance team with ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Requirements & Preferences
(Must)
- Degree in Accountancy, ACCA, or an equivalent professional qualification
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in handling group consolidated accounts
- Working knowledge of corporate tax filing and reporting
(Advantageous)
- Experience in audit is an advantage
