As a
Senior Account Manager, you'll be at the heart of our fastmoving APAC commercial team. Your mission Supercharge growth with our banking and financial services partners, with a sharp focus on the South Korea & Japan market.
You'll spot opportunities others miss, drive upsell and crosssell deals and build powerful relationships with decisionmakers who shape the future of payments. This is a handson role where you'll roll up your sleeves, lead conversations, and make things happen in a highgrowth, highimpact environment.

What We're Looking For
We want a trailblazer who thrives in a
fastpaced, technical environment and is excited about building
highgrowth businesses.
- 8–10+ years driving success in Account Management, with a strong portfolio of banking clients.
- Fluent in English and Korean and/or Japanese, as you will be speaking with clients within banks & financial services partners within these two markets. You will be managing the client relationship and articulating strategies for expansion and growth, as well as retention in a highly regulated market.
- A proven revenue driver, with a track record of growing accounts and unlocking new opportunities.
- Deep expertise in domestic and international payment schemes – bonus if you know SWIFT correspondent banking inside out.
- Sharp understanding of the financial services landscape, especially the complexities of crossborder payments.
- Relationshipbuilder extraordinaire – from CEOs to product managers, you know how to earn trust and influence.
- Handson and detailoriented, ready to lead partner calls, negotiate deals, and roll up your sleeves.
- Technically savvy, able to solution with partners while navigating commercial and legal terms.
