Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the main point of contact for commercial and relationship matters with key customers
- Develop and execute sales strategies to grow revenue and market share
- Manage strategic accounts and engage with mid-to-senior customer leadership
- Lead pricing, contract negotiations, and order management
- Align sales forecasts with customer expansion and technology plans
- Collaborate with customer R&D and internal teams to support new tool adoption and technology development (e.g., memory scaling, DRAM, HBM)
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver solutions and ensure strong customer service
- Conduct executive reviews and maintain relationships across all customer levels
- Use market and customer insights to guide strategy and identify growth opportunities
Requirements (Brief):
- Bachelor Degree / above in science or engineering field
- 10+ years in semiconductor equipment sales/account management (memory focus preferred)
- Strong knowledge of wafer fabrication processes (Front-end and Back-end processes)
- Strong negotiation and deliver effective presentations tailored to diverse audiences, including technical teams and senior management
- Solid communication and leadership skills
- Strategic thinking and ability to work cross-functionally in global teams
