The opportunity

A global organisation operating across the life sciences sector is looking for an experienced Senior Sales Manager to drive growth across pharmaceutical and biotechnology customers. This role focuses on the sale of chemicals, laboratory and production equipment, and integrated solutions supporting research and manufacturing environments.

The position covers Southeast Asia and Australia New Zealand and requires regular regional travel.

Key responsibilities

  • Drive revenue growth across assigned pharma and biotech accounts
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned to regional objectives
  • Manage complex sales cycles involving technical, procurement and executive stakeholders
  • Deliver highimpact sales presentations and valuebased proposals
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand existing customer relationships
  • Collaborate closely with technical and application specialists
  • Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets through disciplined execution
  • Represent the company professionally across the region at customer and industry engagements

Required Experience

  • Minimum five years of sales experience within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry
  • Proven track record in selling chemicals and equipment into regulated environments
  • Strong strategic selling capability with a resultsoriented mindset
  • Excellent presentation skills with confidence engaging senior decision makers
  • Ability to manage multiple opportunities across diverse markets
  • Willingness to travel across Southeast Asia and ANZ up to thirty percent
