TwinMatrix Technologies is a Singapore-based spatialAI company building SpatialVerse, a digital twin platform that transforms howorganizations manage, monitor, and optimize physical infrastructure. Ourclients include government agencies, airports, utilities, and healthcareproviders across Singapore and Southeast Asia.

The Role

We're looking for a Senior Account Manager whobridges the gap between cutting-edge spatial technology and public sectorstakeholders. You'll own relationships with government agencies, statutoryboards, and enterprise clients and will turn complex technical capabilitiesinto clear business value.

This isn't a cold-calling role. You'll work with warminbound leads from active government projects and help expand existing accountswhile opening new doors in the public sector ecosystem.

What You'll Do

. Own key accounts in public sector and government-linkedenterprises (e.g., ICA, JTC, HDB, PUB, CAG, LTA, SLA)

. Lead the full sales cycle from initial engagement andrequirements gathering to proposal development, pricing, and contractnegotiation

. Translate technical capabilities (digital twin,spatial AI, IoT, 3D visualization) into language that resonates with policyofficers, directors, and C-level stakeholders

. Navigate government procurement. Understand GeBIZ,ITQ/ITT processes, NCS/systems integrator dynamics, and how to position forpre-approved panel listings (e.g., PSG, AIBizTech)

. Develop proposals and SOWs that balance client needswith commercial viability

. Build and maintain a pipeline through governmentnetworking events, industry days, and personal relationships

. Feed market intelligence back to product andengineering. Inform them what agencies actually need, where competitors areweak, and which grants apply

. Coordinate with delivery teams to ensure clientsatisfaction and identify upsell opportunities

Requirements:

. Diploma/Bachelor Degree, preferablyin IT or related fields

. 3 years in account management, business development, or technical sales in Singapore

. Direct public sector experience: worked with or soldto Singapore government agencies (statutory boards, ministries, or GLCs)

. Government procurement fluency: you know how GeBIZworks, understand pre-qualification processes, and have written or managedproposals for ITQ/ITT/RFP

. Strong proposal writing: you can draft a compellingexecutive summary, scope of work, and pricing structure

. Relationship builder: comfortable presenting toDirectors, Deputy Directors, and CTO-level stakeholders

. Technical literacy: you don't need to code, but youcan confidently explain digital twins, spatial AI, IoT platforms, or 3D/GIS toa non-technical audience

Preferred

. Experience in smart city, digital twin, proptech,infrastructure, or construction tech

. Background at a systems integrator (NCS, STEngineering, Accenture, etc.) or government tech vendor

. Familiarity with government grants (PSG, EDG, EDGE,IMDA initiatives)

. Existing network of contacts across 2-3 governmentagencies

. Experience selling SaaS or platform products(not just project-based work)
