About The Role
We're looking for a Senior Account Manager to join Practice Theory and take charge of managing multiple client relationships and projects with excellence. This is a hands-on role where you'll be scoping, costing, handling clients directly, and working closely with our Founder, Studio/Operations Director, and Project Managers to ensure both creative excellence and profitability.
You'll be the bridge between clients and our creative team through clarity, decisiveness, and commercial acumen. You don't need to be in the day-to-day traffic, but you will step in for the conversations that matter, such as scoping, fees, profitability, growth, and trust.
Key Responsibilities
Client and Project Leadership
- Lead client relationships across multiple accounts
- We typically operate between 8-10 concurrent projects across different stages - briefing, production, delivery, etc
- Ensure client needs are met while protecting the studio's creative integrity and pace
- Step in during scope creep, fee conversations, or sensitive moments with clients
Scoping and Costings
- Scoping and costings for new projects
- Ensure projects are priced and run profitably
- Work with our Studio/Operations Director to track budgets, hours, and profitability of ongoing projects
Internal Collaboration and Support
- Work with the Studio/Operations Director on resourcing, timelines, and traffic
- Work with Project Managers to ensure day-to-day client comms and project delivery are aligned
- Working with the Creative Director on project scope and cost, and key moments during the running of the project (big meetings, creative direction, pitches)
Business Development
- Spot opportunities to expand existing client relationships
- Support in new business pitches and proposals
- Bring ideas, leads, or introductions from your own experience and network - we are very open to discuss fair reward models where appropriate

- Clients feel supported, clear, and well-managed
- Scopes and budgets are accurate and profitable
- Projects move smoothly through the studio without constant firefighting
Profile We're Looking For
- 3-5+ years experience in Account Management roles with a branding, design, creative agency background strongly preferred
- Proven ability to manage a high volume of projects simultaneously
- Comfortable with scoping, costing, and fee conversations
- Client-facing confidence: can lead meetings, write sharp emails, and hold their own in negotiations
- Organised, proactive, commercially minded
- Hungry to grow into an Account Director role with increased commercial and strategic ownership
- Eager to work in a smaller agency with greater autonomy and flexibility
- Singapore Citizen or PR only
