CLIENT MANAGER

The Opportunity
We are looking for a client manager, to engage, inspire and guide the team and the clients whom we work with. A natural collaborator who loves to mentor and collaborate with others. Create innovative ideas and integrated creative solutions in close collaboration with your account, strategy and creative peers - often for real assignments and new business pitches, occasionally, proactively, to help grow our business, reputation and competency.

We do need you to be a constant stream of innovation, story tell brand propositions with relevant consumer centric approach, develop consumer activities that excite others. You are responsible for presenting and selling the work to senior clients. You are highly independent-minded and bring a maverick quality to working because outcomes matter more than anything. You favor the unorthodox, are fast learning, agile, and adaptable to change. You carry a professional temperament and gravitas are a passionate and magnetic presenter and a champion of people and agency initiatives.

The Work
. Liaise closely with clients to understand their business needs, products, and services, and serve as their trusted day-to-day point of contact.
. Lead internal and client meetings, ensuring clear communication across the agency, clients, and partner agencies.
. Translate client briefs into actionable plans and manage internal teams to deliver end-to-end campaigns on time, on budget, and at high quality.
. Work closely with strategy, creative, and production teams to shape the work, maintain quality control, and ensure all outputs are on-brief and on-brand.
. Oversee project and resource planning, timelines, scoping, status updates, and overall workflow to keep projects running efficiently.
. Manage budgets, production estimates, finance paperwork, invoicing, and reconciliations support senior leadership in driving revenue growth and profitability.
. Attend shoots and edits to ensure smooth execution and client satisfaction.
. Support business development efforts, including preparing proposals and participating in pitches.
. Demonstrate strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with both clients and internal teams. The People & Company

. Experience with FMCG clients, preferably in beauty or skincare.
. Strong understanding of social media, online media, and relevant technology.
. Proven ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and stay composed in a fast-paced creative environment.
. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence presenting to clients and interacting effectively across all levels.
. Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Highly organized, with strong attention to detail, initiative, and follow-through.
. Strong financial understanding of budgeting, estimating, and agency profitability.
. Willingness to work after hours and travel overnight for shoots or post-production sessions.
