This is a part-time hybrid role for a Senior Account Manager / Key Account Manager based in Singapore, with flexibility for some work from home. The individual will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with key accounts, identifying growth opportunities, and developing strategic business plans. The role also involves analyzing market trends, providing exceptional customer service, and driving client satisfaction. Regular reporting and collaboration with internal teams are essential to ensure client success and alignment with business goals.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Business Planning and strategic planning for client growth
  • Exceptional Customer Service skills and a customer-first mindset
  • Strong Analytical Skills for tracking performance metrics and identifying trends
  • Familiarity with managing Key Accounts in a corporate or B2B environment
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
