Serve as the primary point of contact for client senior/mid-level stakeholders, uncovering the real business objectives behind stated requests and proactively surfacing needs clients haven't yet articulated.
Continuously track client and competitor brand movements, converting market intelligence into weekly/monthly strategic reports that inform client decision-making.
Work Orchestration & Team Leadership
Orchestrate cross-platform content operations and lead generation across major channels including Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram and YouTube.
Coordinate cross-functional collaborators (copy, design, editing, layout) to keep multiple projects moving in parallel without compromising quality drive SOPs and quality-management processes to lift team efficiency.
Manage team performance and project budgets, while developing team members client-service and strategic-thinking capabilities.
Crisis Management
Act as first responder when client brand issues arise, delivering rapid PR support to contain risk before it escalates.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business Administration, Digital Media or a related field.
5+ years of experience in the advertising/agency industry, including at least 2 years in account management/team leadership.
Proven ability to translate ambiguous requirements into clear strategic plans, with a knack for cutting through surface requests to identify what clients truly need.
Hands-on experience with content operations and lead generation across major social platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube).
Sharp perspective on AI tools, Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC) and digital marketing trends, backed by strong data analysis skills.
Strong pitching and presentation skills, with the ability to orchestrate efficiently across multiple stakeholders.
High resilience under pressure, able to manage multiple projects concurrently results-driven and highly self-motivated.
Prior experience in the education sector is a strong advantage.
