The Role & Responsibilities:
Working as part of the team, you are responsible for day-to-day servicing to a portfolio of large corporate and international clients and ensuring timely delivery of high- quality service.
Ensure timely and accurate processing of endorsements, certificates, invoices and policy documents.
Monitor service levels and client satisfaction, resolving issues proactively.
Understand client's business and risk management needs and support Team Lead to look for solutions including cross-selling across all products.
Assist in developing client strategies and proposals.
Support cross-selling initiatives and identify opportunities for expanding services.
Maintain client data files, service records and meeting minutes in accordance with Willis Excellence Model standards
Ensure adherence to local regulatory requirements and WTW's guidelines and procedures
Liaise with Global Office and local carriers to ensure consistent service and coverage for the local clients.
A thorough understanding and an expert real time user for all relevant documentation/ processing systems.
Developing and maintaining general knowledge and experience of the (re)insurance market as a whole, recognize and explain trends, general carrier capabilities and competitiveness.
Constantly keeping abreast of insurance product developments.
Coordinate and collaborate with specialists, consultants, industry experts, and other critical team members across WTW segments and geographies to bring the full capabilities of WTW to the client and ensure a streamlined client experience.
