Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Account Manager to lead strategic client engagements, drive revenue growth and manage end-to-end delivery of IT professional services.

If you are a strong commercial leader with deep industry expertise, exceptional relationship-building skills and a proven ability to consult on and sell technology solutions across multiple industries, this role is perfect for you.

Responsibilities

  • Utilize a deep understanding of EPAM's offerings to develop and execute multi-service, multi-stream solutions that help clients achieve their business goals
  • Manage a portfolio of $35M+ in IT services for large international clients, with full P&L responsibility
  • Act as a consultative Account Manager / Client Partner for regional and multinational commercial clients in consumer, logistics, travel, life sciences, retail and emerging industries
  • Leverage industry knowledge and thought leadership to help clients envision the technology transformation of customer experiences and business operations
  • Lead teams delivering end-to-end IT professional services to ensure exceptional client satisfaction and outcomes
  • Expand and strengthen client relationships, identify new opportunities and support pre-sales initiatives across existing and new accounts

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business management or a relevant field
  • 5+ years of experience in P&L management and account management
  • 8+ years of experience working in or consulting for industries such as logistics, travel, retail and emerging sectors
  • 5+ years of proven success developing and growing enterprise-level client relationships, and leading teams delivering end-to-end IT services
  • Familiarity with account management frameworks: legal basics, revenue planning, and negotiations
  • Strong ability to sell software engineering and digital services (cloud, analytics, digital engagement, etc.)
  • Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management, with good oral, written and presentation communication skills
  • Strong executive presence and confidence working with senior leaders and C-level clients
