We are seeking a high-energy, commercially-minded Senior Account Manager with a passion for MarTech, web development, and digital strategy. In this role, you will own the strategic direction of your accounts, lead cross-functional brilliance across our teams, and actively drive agency growth through business development and proactive solution-selling.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Strategic Account Leadership: Serve as the lead consultant for assigned accounts, transforming high-level client business models into actionable digital roadmaps.
- Business Development & Sales: Identify and pursue organic growth opportunities within existing accounts and lead pitches for new business to expand the agency's portfolio.
- Relationship Management: Act as a credible, empathetic partner to clients, focusing on long-term retention, trust-building, and high-level expectation management.
- Cross-Functional Synergy: Bridge communication gaps between Creative, Dev, and Marketing teams to ensure unified project delivery and frictionless hand-overs.
- Financial Stewardship: Take full ownership of project profitability, managing time-burn vs. budget and identifying cost-saving or revenue-driving opportunities.
- Quality & Vision Driving: Act as the final gatekeeper (QA) to ensure campaign execution matches the strategic Big Idea promised to the client.
- Performance Oversight: Consult, manage and oversee online ad campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok; ensuring budget pacing is on track and aligned with client KPIs.
- Market Intelligence: Conduct competitive analysis and research to keep clients—and the agency—ahead of industry trends.
Expectations:
- Commercial Acumen: Proven ability to negotiate contracts, manage complex project scopes, and understand client-side metrics like CLV and margins.
- Digital Fluency: In-depth mastery of the full digital stack, including SEO/SEM, Social, Performance Marketing, UI/UX, and Web Analytics (GA4).
- Master Communicator: Excellent command of English with the ability to deliver visually compelling and persuasive strategic presentations.
- Project Mastery: Expert-level resource planning and task structuring, with the ability to manage dependencies and anticipate project risks.
- Sales Grit: A proactive solution ownership mindset, comfortable with cold-outreach or upselling during high-stakes client calls.
Qualifications:
- Experience: At least 5–6 years in a digital agency environment
- Education: Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrated experience in business development, sales, or achieving significant organic account growth.
