About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Senior Account Manager to join our Audio-Visual (AV) business. In this role, you will manage key client accounts and lead end-to-end AV project sales, from initial engagement and solution development through to contract negotiation and closure.
You will work closely with Pre-Sales, Project, and Technical teams to deliver well-structured, customised AV solutions that align with client requirements and business objectives. This role suits a results-oriented professional who is comfortable taking ownership of complex sales opportunities, building long-term client relationships, and balancing strategic account management with hands-on execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage key client accounts and drive AV project sales from lead generation to closure
Build and maintain strong client relationships by recommending customised solutions
Collaborate with Pre-Sales and Project teams to ensure proposals are technically and commercially sound
Lead contract negotiations and ensure compliance with internal approval processes
Provide market insights and customer feedback to support strategic planning
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related disciplines
Minimum 5 years experience in AV, IT, or solutions-based sales
Strong knowledge of AV systems and project lifecycle
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Proven track record in managing complex accounts and closing high-value deals
