Job Description

  • Serve as the main liaison between the company and assigned clients.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  • Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Upsell or cross-sell products and services.
  • Develop strategic account plans.
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis.
  • Prepare proposals, quotes, and presentations.
  • Lead or support in pitches for new business or campaign ideas.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (creative, product, technical, etc.) to deliver services.
  • Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and budgets.
  • Track performance metrics (e.g. campaign performance, client satisfaction).
  • Generate reports and present insights or recommendations to clients and leadership.
