About the Role
We're looking for a driven, commercially sharp Senior Account Executive to join a growing APAC sales team in Singapore. This is a pure hunter role — you'll own the full new business cycle from prospecting to close, targeting mid-market and enterprise accounts across the region. If you thrive on building pipelines from scratch, navigating complex sales cycles, and winning logos, this is the role for you.
What You'll Do
- Own and drive net new revenue across an assigned territory spanning APAC markets (Southeast Asia, ANZ depending on territory split)
- Prospect, qualify, and develop a pipeline of mid-market and enterprise opportunities with minimal inbound reliance
- Run end-to-end sales cycles — discovery, solution presentation, business case, negotiation, and close
- Engage with multiple stakeholders including C-suite, VP, and department heads
- Collaborate with pre-sales/solutions engineers to deliver compelling product demonstrations
- Accurately forecast pipeline and revenue in CRM (Salesforce or equivalent)
- Represent the business at industry events and networking forums across the region
- Partner with SDR and marketing teams to refine outbound messaging and campaign targeting
What We're Looking For
- 5–10+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, with at least 4 years in a quota-carrying, outbound-focused AE role
- Proven track record of consistently hitting or exceeding ARR targets ($500K–$1M+ range)
- Experience selling into enterprise or mid-market accounts across APAC — SEA exposure is highly preferred
- Comfortable with complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles (60–120+ day deal cycles)
- Strong command of MEDDIC, SPIN, Challenger, or equivalent sales methodology
- Experience with CRM hygiene and pipeline management — you forecast accurately and update religiously
- Excellent communication and executive presence — you can hold a room with a CEO as comfortably as a Head of Operations
- Self-starter mentality — you don't wait for leads to land in your lap
- Fluency in English required; additional regional language skills (Mandarin, Bahasa, Thai, etc.) a strong plus
