Job Description

  • Handle full set of accounts, GST, tax matters
  • Responsible for AR and AP functions
  • Prepare and send monthly statement of accounts to debtors
  • Handle cash book and bank reconciliation
  • Reconcile any irregularities in receipts
  • Prepare /enter/upload journals for month end closing
  • Maintain fixed asset register and movement
  • Maintain inventory and inventory movement
  • Hands on experience with Xero preferred
  • Hands on knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Other ad hoc duties as assigned
