Role Summary:

As the Senior Account Executive, you will serve as the dedicated operational engine and brand advocate for a globally iconic luxury brand across 4 key ASIA markets (SG, HK, TW, JP). Working in close partnership with and under the guidance of the Account Director (APAC), you will act as the day-to-day bridge between regional client teams, local market contacts, and Tag's internal production teams.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Paid Media Content Mapping & Brand Accuracy

  • Support the Account Director in acting as the dedicated brand guardian across Owned, Paid, and Earned touchpoints (with a primary focus on Paid Media).
  • Execute the daily Content Mapping workflow, ingesting Media Diaries and setting up accurate production briefs for OOH, YouTube, Digital Display, and Social assets.
  • Audit Global Campaign master assets against regional media plans, ensuring all localized adaptations strictly comply with global brand guidelines and local specs.

2. Regional Client Liaison & Project Delivery (SG, HK, TW, JP)

  • Serve as the main day-to-day operational contact for client briefs, status updates, and timeline tracking across all 4 markets.
  • Manage workflow triaging, job logging, asset uploading and status updates.
  • Facilitate smooth asset-sharing between markets to maximize creative efficiency across the region.

3. Workflow Execution & Production Coordination

  • Collaborate closely with Tag's internal creative and production teams to ensure on-time delivery against agreed campaign SLAs.
  • Coordinate client review rounds and ensuring all feedback is clearly communicated to production teams.
  • Perform final QC checks on adapted media assets prior to deployment.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 3 years experience in an account management or project management role within an agency environment.
  • Paid Media Understanding: Good foundation in paid media formats and channel requirements (OOH specs, digital display, social ad formats, and media schedules).
  • Operational Discipline: Strong attention to detail, highly organized, and comfortable managing multiple live campaign timelines simultaneously.
  • Collaborative Mindset: A collaborative team player who thrives under direct mentorship from senior leadership in a regional hub setup.
  • Native or Fluent Japanese (Verbal & Written) is strongly preferred to seamlessly support local market communications in Japan. Fluent professional English is required.

Work Environment:

  • Hybrid Model: The role operates within a hybrid working model, with teams in the office around two to three days a week.
  • Regional Collaboration: Regular interaction with regional offshore teams, requiring flexibility and respect of diverse cultures.
