Senior Account Executive

This is a part-time hybrid role based in Singapore, with the flexibility to work remotely as needed. As a Senior Account Executive at GOLD CONSULT, you will manage and nurture client relationships, ensure the successful delivery of projects, and identify opportunities for business growth. You will act as a strategic partner to clients, developing tailored solutions, providing insights, and ensuring client satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include monitoring key performance metrics, collaborating with team members, and supporting efforts to meet business targets.

• Proven skills in account management, client relationship building, and strategic planning
• Experience in project coordination, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
• Analytical skills with a focus on utilizing data to recommend actionable strategies
• Proficiency with relevant CRM software and tools
• Ability to work independently and adapt to a hybrid work setting
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Prior experience in consulting or professional services is a plus
