Senior Account Executive, FSI (Hong Kong)

Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Account Executive to join our client's team for GCR, focusing on the Financial Services Industry (FSI) in Hong Kong market. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in sales and account management, who can drive business growth and foster strong client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the Financial Services Industry (FSI) sector.
• Identify new business opportunities and drive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions to clients needs.
• Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.
• Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
• Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, providing insights to senior management.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
• 8-15 years of experience in sales or account management, preferably within the Financial Services Industry.
• Strong understanding of financial products and services.
• Ideally, from a cybersecurity or cloud background.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and market insights.
• Ability to speak Cantonese as the role required to deal with Hong Kong customers.
