The Role
We are looking for a Senior Account Executive (Digital/Media) to own the day-to-day delivery of integrated media campaigns across some of our key accounts. Reporting to the Omni Channel Performance Director, you will be the central point of coordination, connecting clients, internal teams, media vendors, and our remote digital team to keep campaigns moving, on brief, and on budget.
This is a role with breadth. You will work across offline and digital channels, contribute to media planning, drive the asset process, and support performance reporting. You are expected to run workstreams independently, flag risks early, and bring commercial rigour to everything you manage.

What you will be doing
Campaign management and client delivery
- Own the day-to-day running of media-led client accounts, coordinating across internal teams, media vendors, and clients to keep campaigns on track and on brief
- Support the Account Director and Omni Channel Performance Director across assigned digital performance workstreams, managing timelines, approvals, and client-facing updates
- Build and maintain status documents, budget trackers, and media plans with the rigour these accounts demand
- Flag risks to timeline, scope, or budget early and come with a solution, not just a problem
Media planning and channel execution
- Contribute to media plans, recommending budget splits, channel and placement selection, audience targeting strategies, and creative formats that ladder up to campaign objectives
- Manage end-to-end execution across integrated campaigns spanning OOH, print, BTL, paid social, programmatic, SEM, and video
- Liaise directly with media vendors: briefing, negotiating timelines, managing submissions, coordinating approvals, and attending proofing or production sessions when needed
Digital performance and reporting
- Coordinate with our remote digital team on campaign setups, asset trafficking, and approvals
- Pull data from platform dashboards (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, programmatic DSPs) and help build client-ready performance reports that are clear, accurate, and actionable
Creative asset management
- Drive the creative asset process, proposing copy variations and ad adaptations, briefing design teams, managing feedback rounds, and ensuring all assets are delivered to spec and on time
- Bring a good eye for creative quality and know when something isn't working before the client does
Our Ideal Candidate
- 2-4 years of agency or media experience, with hands-on involvement in media planning and buying across both offline and digital channels, including OOH, paid social, programmatic, and SEM
- Confident in contributing to media plans, recommending budget splits, channel selection, audience targeting, and creative approaches that tie back to campaign objectives
- Comfortable liaising with media vendors directly: briefing, following up, managing timelines, and attending production or proofing sessions
- Familiar with digital campaign platforms (Meta, Google, programmatic DSPs) and able to coordinate effectively with a remote digital team on setups, assets, and approvals
- Able to navigate performance dashboards and compile campaign data into clear, client-friendly reports
- Highly organised and a precise communicator, able to track multiple workstreams across clients without things falling through the cracks, and keep everyone aligned without overcomplicating things
- Commercial awareness: you manage budgets carefully, understand the link between delivery and margin, and flag risks before they become problems
- Familiarity with AI tools for research, drafting, reporting, or workflow management, and a genuine curiosity about using them well
- Experience managing YouTube campaigns and video assets end-to-end
- Experience coordinating with offshore or remote production teams
- A self-starter who can run with tasks independently and knows when to loop in their manager
