Job Description

As part of the Client Servicing team, you play a supporting role in the business, and operations of your accounts. As a Senior Account Executive, you will be responsible for the coordination of advertising campaigns and communicating clearly to all who are involved. You will also be involved in new business pitches, where required.

You will work closely with the Client Servicing Team, supporting them to plan, oversee and execute multi-channel campaigns for various clients. You will also be involved in new business pitches, where required.

You will be based in the Singapore office and report directly to the Senior Account Manager / Account Manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for client management, retention, and revenue growth.
  • Liaise between key stakeholders, both internally and externally, for all requests and daily handling of clients and campaigns.
  • Understand the overall client business objectives and undertake work supporting these objectives.
  • Support team leads to help Clients identify their advertising requirements, develop detailed and accurate briefs and timelines to creative/content and media teams, and/or partners/vendors.
  • Work with agency teams creative/content, production, marketing to ensure quality of required deliverables before delivery to clients.
  • Support in preparation of client presentations, proposals and reports.
  • Attend briefings/meetings both internal, externally and prepare minutes/contact reports.
  • Undertake administration tasks such as arrangement of meetings, handling and management of campaign costs, invoices to clients and partners/vendors etc.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients and internal teams.
  • Responsible for all client communications, conflict resolution and ensures that client issues/ queries are dealt with in an efficient and effective manner.

Preferred Qualifications and Experience

  • Minimum 2 years of proven account management experience in a creative / digital agency and/or marketing environment.
  • Experience with managing and executing multi-channel, integrated campaigns and has a good understanding of strategy, social media, content creation, email marketing, search marketing and digital media.
  • Experience working on local and regional accounts.
  • Proven ability to solve business challenges creatively and effectively via technology, communication, and marketing.
  • Has a calm disposition and is able to prioritise and efficiently work under pressure, on tight deadlines while coping with the requirements of a fast-moving environment.
  • Detailed-orientated and result-driven team player.
  • Able to prepare decks and confidently present to clients.
  • Able to ensure smooth day-to-day operation of projects with minimal supervision.
  • Is an excellent team player and demonstrates a high level of integrity in his/her approach to work and with all stakeholders i.e. colleagues, clients and partners/vendors.
  • Excellent interpersonal and conversational skills.
  • Has a solution-first attitude, is eager-to-learn and willing to pitch in on anything.
  • Proficient in spoken and written English.
  • Perceived as a positive, empathetic and dependable team member.
