About The Role

As Senior Account Director, you'll be the lead partner for one of JLL's major client accounts, driving strategic vision, operational excellence, and growth across the Philippines. You'll oversee talented teams, shape client solutions, and foster dynamic, high-performing partnerships that deliver exceptional results for our clients and for JLL.

What You'll Do

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute account strategies that directly align with client objectives and JLL's vision. Own the profit and loss, growth, and expansion of your account.
  • Client Partnership: Build, sustain, and deepen long-term relationships with clients at all levels. Translate their needs into innovative, value-driven initiatives.
  • Team Excellence: Lead and inspire integrated teams across disciplines. Champion a culture of engagement, wellbeing, and continuous development.
  • Performance & Innovation: Drive operational excellence, margin enhancement, and delivery of transformational projects. Promote continuous improvement to exceed targets year after year.
  • Commercial Growth: Identify and capture new business opportunities, expand services, and support account development in collaboration with regional and global teams.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven account leadership experience in corporate real estate, facilities or property management, and large-scale multi-service environments.
  • Strong business and financial acumen with successful P&L management across complex clients or geographies.
  • Track record of growth: Consistently exceeded plans, delivered new products or services, and advanced teams in dynamic settings.
  • Superior communication and relationship-building skills with the confidence to present and influence at the highest levels.
  • People leader: Skilled at coaching, developing, and empowering high-performance teams.
  • Industry expertise: Deep understanding of real estate trends, delivery models, and the competitive landscape.
