THE ROLE
You will own the global senior relationship with one of the company's flagship enterprise accounts — a major international hospitality group operating hundreds of properties across multiple continents. This is not a new-logo hunting role. The account is live and growing; your job is to deepen the partnership, stay ahead of the client's property expansion pipeline, and ensure every new property lands on the platform.
You will operate at C-suite level, lead executive reviews, act as the internal conduit between the client and product/implementation/support teams, and hold commercial accountability for renewals and expansion.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Own the global senior relationship with a major enterprise hospitality group at C-suite level
- Drive account expansion by tracking the client's global property pipeline and converting it
- Lead executive reviews, and proactive stakeholder engagement
- Hold a commercial quota tied to renewals, expansion, and property rollouts
- Bridge client requirements and internal teams (product, implementation, support)
- Understand the client's technical environment well enough to assess serviceability and articulate needs internally
- Build account roadmaps and own issue resolution end-to-end
- Travel regionally as required to support stakeholder relationships and rollouts
WHAT YOU WILL BRING
- SaaS background (non-negotiable) with a track record in strategic account management, senior CSM, or enterprise account director roles
- Experience managing large, complex enterprise accounts with measurable retention and growth outcomes
- True relationship-first orientation — you lead with listening, talk about account health, and know the difference between a managed account and a genuinely grown one
- Executive presence; credible and confident with CFOs, COOs, and senior stakeholders
- Comfort in a scale-up or transformation environment — self-starting, proactive, minimal hand-holding needed
- Technical aptitude: able to understand integrations and platform architecture well enough to bridge business and technical stakeholders
NICE TO HAVE
- Hospitality SaaS or multi-property operator experience
- Familiarity with payments, POS, or integrations ecosystems
