A leading integrated creative agency is seeking a Senior Account Director to lead key client partnerships, drive integrated campaign delivery, and shape work that delivers both cultural relevance and commercial impact.
This is a senior leadership role suited for someone who operates confidently at the intersection of strategy, creativity, and execution — with the ability to guide teams, influence senior stakeholders, and translate ambition into high-quality output.
Key Responsibilities
Client Leadership & Account Ownership
- Lead senior client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and primary point of accountability.
- Translate business objectives into clear strategic direction and actionable communication plans.
- Provide strategic counsel across marketing, brand, and communications to influence senior decision-making.
- Identify opportunities to grow accounts and expand scope through integrated solutions.
Creative & Integrated Delivery
- Oversee the end-to-end delivery of integrated campaigns across ATL, BTL, digital, social, content, and partnerships.
- Ensure all work is delivered on brief, on time, and on budget while maintaining high creative standards.
- Drive collaboration across internal teams, specialist partners, and external agencies.
- Elevate the quality of output by pushing for ideas that are engaging, effective, and culturally relevant.
Leadership & Commercial Performance
- Lead and develop high-performing teams with clear direction and accountability.
- Maintain high standards across strategy, execution, and delivery.
- Own account performance, balancing creative ambition with commercial outcomes.
- Build strong working relationships with partners to deliver integrated solutions.
- Contribute to work that achieves both creative recognition and business results.
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of experience in integrated or creative agency environments, with leadership experience at Account Director level or above.
- Strong expertise in brand strategy, campaign development, and integrated delivery.
- Proven ability to manage senior stakeholders and lead client engagements confidently.
- Broad understanding of modern marketing channels including digital, social, and content.
- Strong interest in emerging trends across culture, technology, data, and AI.
- Regional / multi-market experience is advantageous.
- A collaborative leader with strong commercial acumen and a drive for excellence.
