About Scholarly
At Scholarly, we believe great educators change lives - not just grades. Our mission is to nurture outstanding mentors who inspire academic success and personal growth in every student. Through Scholars Hall, we develop professionally-trained mentors committed to excellence, innovation, and student well-being.
The Role
We're hiring a full-time SEN Specialist Mentor to join our Scholars Program. In this newly created role, you will deliver specialised 1:1 mentoring for students with special educational needs - including those on the autism spectrum, with ADHD, dyslexia, and other neurodevelopmental conditions - combining academic instruction with evidence-based psychological support strategies.
This role sits at the heart of our new initiative to integrate mental health and developmental psychology into every tutoring session. You will work closely with parents to build individualised learning plans grounded in co-regulation, structured intervention, and differentiated instruction, ensuring that regulation always comes before learning.
This is a pioneering position within Scholars Hall. You will be the first dedicated SEN specialist on our team, helping to design the framework that shapes how we support neurodivergent learners across the organisation. Your clinical training and hands-on experience will directly inform our training modules, intervention protocols, and the professional development of our wider mentor roster.
