Responsibilities
- Monitor key product parameters to ensure quality and yield targets
- Analyze daily process capability and flag excursions early
- Initiate preventive and containment actions for process issues
- Prepare yield reports and perform loss analysis
- Review and disposition final product materials
- Detect and report abnormal defects or yield losses promptly
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support smooth operations
Requirements
- Diploma in Engineering or Science
- Basic understanding of manufacturing or semiconductor processes
- Knowledge of SPC, yield analysis, or quality tools is an advantage
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good attention to detail and data interpretation ability
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel or basic data analysis tools
- Willingness to work in cleanroom environment & 12 hours permanent night / day shift
