Job Description

Summary

Lead thedevelopment and optimization of photolithography processes

Responsiblefor driving yield improvement, cost reduction, process robustness, andtechnology transfers across global manufacturing sites.

Responsibilities

Optimize lithography processes (PI, PR, PSPI) and manage photolithography equipment.
Drive yield, quality, throughput, and cost improvement initiatives.
Lead process transfers, NPI activities, and material/equipment qualifications.
Perform DOE, root cause analysis, SPC, and FMEA.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor junior engineers.

Requirements

Degree in Engineering or related field.
5+ years of photolithography experience, preferably in eWLB, WLP, or FO-PLP.
Strong knowledge of lithography tools, process optimization, and statistical analysis.
Proven experience in yield improvement, process transfer, and project leadership.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
