Responsibilities:
. Perform wafer testing on the wafer platform as per the schedule.
. Conduct die testing on the die platform as per the schedule.
. Carry out die sorting on the sorting platform as per the schedule.
. Maintain and manage 6S standards within the Fab.
Requirements:
. Minimum Diploma in Engineering
. Prior working experience within Fab environment preferred (6-inch/8-inch Fab).
. Able to read and write in English to understand equipment labels and common terms used in clean room.
. Proficient in using Windows operating system and Office software.
. Fresh Diploma graduates are welcome to apply
