Draft policies and metrics for governing sellers on the platform by working closely with commercial, operations, legal and marketing teams to roll out policies
Work with large data sets to distil insights into sellers behaviour and propose policies
Propose new initiatives to improve seller's performance by benchmarking against competitors or through data analysis; Drive end-to-end implementation of said initiatives
Communicate ideas and findings in a logical and structured manner to management
Conceptualise new process and product improvements for sellers; Collaborate with Product teams to translate ideas into business requirements and new product launches
Review scopes and manage processes to govern risk for platform including financial and PR risk mitigations
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
1+ years of relevant or proven experience (E.g., business development, operations)
Interest to build broad capabilities in strategy, operations, and data analytics in the e-Commerce industry
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace and customer service software
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills for effective stakeholder management
Comfortable working with large sets of data and simplifying complex data into insights
Strong curiosity to understand the whys and hows and to develop the so-what that will shape policies, initiatives and features
