Job Description:
Your primary responsibility is the overall management and support of high-potential new brands and resellers during their first 3 to 12 months on Shopee. You will help design strategies for their shop portfolios, including category selection, brand positioning, and pricing. To ensure commercial and operational growth, you will lead the execution of marketing campaigns and the adoption of logistics channels such as SLS and FBS. Furthermore, you will empower sellers by providing the necessary education to enhance their onsite visibility and order conversion rates.

Requirements:
- Possess at least 3 years of experience in account management.
- Demonstrate a proven track record of managing multiple accounts simultaneously.
- Drive seller management activities with strong ownership based on in-depth knowledge of the ecommerce or retail industry.
- Manage multiple stakeholders and facilitate multi-lateral communications effectively within a dynamic environment.
- Communicate effectively in both oral and written Japanese (Native level) and English (Business level).
Preferred Qualifications
- Have experience working specifically within the ecommerce or retail industry.
- Maintain a track record of successfully growing new star sellers from scratch.
- Possess experience as a speaker or facilitator in seminars, webinars, or seller education events.
- Demonstrate experience in leading and developing educational curriculums or training programs for sellers.
- Exhibit a proven ability to create structured educational content and curriculum materials.
