Security Technology Manager

ROLE SUMMARY

The Security Technology Manager drives JASA's technology-enabled security by managing robotic systems, integrating CCTV/access control, supporting Command Centre operations, and designing hybrid solutions- which maximizes the efficiency of operations and reduces the reliance on physical manpower.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Command Centre Integration

. Integrate external CCTV systems into JASA's monitoring platform

. Configure VMS and live alert workflows

. Ensure compliance with PLRD/PDPA

. Troubleshoot connectivity and latency issues

2. External CCTV System Integration

. Coordinate with client IT teams

. Set up remote access tunnels and VPNs

. Configure IP, firewall, and port rules

. Maintain video transmission stability

3. Virtual Patrol Setup & Management

. Build automated patrol schedules

. Configure AI video analytics

. Integrate robot data with dashboards

4. Access Control Integration

. Configure access control systems

. Integrate door events with monitoring

. Manage permissions and logs

5. Alarm System Integration

. Integrate burglar/panic alarms

. Create escalation workflows

. Maintain tamper alerts and testing

6. Robotic Fleet Integration

. Manage indoor and outdoor robot connectivity

. Map patrol routes and link live feeds

. Automate robot-triggered alerts

7.Network & Infrastructure

. Manage routers/switches/VLANs

. Implement 4G/5G backups and redundancy

8. Remote Access & Security

. Secure operator logins with MFA

. Maintain system audit trails

9. Vendor & Technology Evaluation

. Assess CCTV, VMS, analytics, and robotics tools

. Pilot new technology solutions

10.Documentation & SOPs

. Maintain integration diagrams

. Write SOPs & training guides
