Security System Engineer

Job Description

. On-site support to install, maintain Security System.

. Carries out regular inspections of both software and hardware, including backend IT security systems like firewalls, network switches, and frontend devices such as Access Control, Intrusion Detection, Perimeter Systems, CCTV Analytics, and Security Management Systems.

. Provides system knowledge and technical expertise, including review of backend security systems.

. Participates in project planning, installation, and maintenance meetings, while coordinating with other contractors involved.

. Supports site surveys, quotation preparation, and documentation review.

. Reviews and updates inspection and testing plans to ensure compliance and functionality.

. Assists in technical assessments and contributes to ongoing project and maintenance inspection efforts.

. Be part of a scheduled rotation for on-call support duties

Job Requirements

. Minimum Diploma in relevant Engineering disciplines, IT, Electrical and Electronics, Computer Science

. Good knowledge of Security Backend Equipment from Servers, Database, Applications and Network

. Experience with Cyber Hardening.

. Strong Computer skills with familiarity of MS Office products, data analysis, word processing, spreadsheets, powerpoint

. A strong team player with good problem-solving abilities.
