- Secure premises and personnel by patrolling property monitoring surveillance equipment checks on buildings facilities and/or equipment for defects, and managing access control systems
- Monitor compliance of by-law and/or in-house rules and ensure conduct is effectively managed
- Records daily activities from observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities
- Conducts basic investigations / fact-findings from reported incident
- Write reports on irregularities, such as equipment or property damage, theft, presence of unauthorized person or unusual occurrences and unsafe conditions
- Ensures proper checks and security records are in place for traceability on all physical access into the premises
- Conduct routine checks and report on potential fire safety hazard and missing or inoperative fire or safety equipment and issues
- Respond to emergencies which includes but not limit to lift traps, power failure, fire/security alarm activation and evacuation
- Management of traffic within premises and ensure orderliness of the driveways
- Assist in ensuring safe management measures such as safe entry and temperature screening
- Contributes to team effort by managing daily tasks and responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer services and ensure the security, safety and well-being of all personnel, visitors and the premises
- Maintains company's image and reputation by complying with security service and operating standards
Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum GCE N Level with 3 years of experience as a Security Supervisor or similar role
- Possesses a valid PLRD Security License.
- Able to work on rotating shifts including weekends and public holidays.
- Experience with report writing for incident management.
- Possess good communication & interpersonal skills.
- Trained in First Aid/CERT will have an added advantage.
- Experience in Residential / Commercial / Dormitory environment is preferred.
- Good leadership skills and able to lead a team of Security Officer and Operations from planning manpower deployment, conduct daily briefing, patrolling, securing premises and people.
