Security Supervisor (SS) – Yishun Condominum (Day Full-Timer)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Security Supervisor (SS) to oversee daily security operations for a residential condominium site. This is a permanent, full-time day shift position suitable for a leader looking for a stable environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the on-site security team to ensure the safety and security of residents, visitors, and premises.

• Conduct regular patrols, monitor CCTV systems, and manage access control at entry points.

• Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies, or complaints, and execute proper escalation procedures.

• Ensure all security officers on duty adhere to company protocols and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

• Maintain accurate daily logs, incident reports, and shift handover documentation.

Job Requirements

• Must possess a valid PLRD License with Security Supervisor (SS) grade.

• Completed required PWM training modules for the SS rank.

• Strong leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.

• Reliable, responsible, and able to work independently during the day shift.

• Prior experience supervising residential or condominium properties is highly advantageous.
