Security Supervisor (SS)

We are seeking an experienced and highly responsible Security Supervisor (SS) to oversee the day-to-day security operations of a commercial estate. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team Security Officers, ensuring the safety and security of the estate's assets, tenants, visitors, and staff.

Location : Commercial estate near Bright hill MRT

Night Shift : 1900hr to 0700hr

Key Responsibilities

1. Supervisory Duties

• Lead, manage, and schedule a team of 5 Security Officers.
• Conduct daily Patrolling, shift handovers, and ensure proper deployment of security personnel across the estate.
• Ensure your team officers follow all SOPs, safety protocols, and estate policies.

2. Security Operations

• Oversee all access control measures, CCTV monitoring, perimeter checks, and patrolling activities.
• Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies, and alarms coordinate with emergency services when necessary.
• Prepare and submit incident reports to management.

Requirement

• Good customer service skills, able to communicate with people of all levels.
• Must have valid PLRD license and RTT certification.
• Must be physically fit as this site requiring extended periods of walking and patrolling.
