HIRING: SECURITY SUPERVISORS

We are looking for reliable and experienced leaders to lead and manage a team of security officers. Multiple sites available - including centrally located Malls, school, warehouse and industrial locations.

Shift: Day/Night ( 5 / 6 work week available)

Salary: $3,690

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead a team of security officers

• Conduct daily briefings, patrols, and manage access control

• Work closely with client representatives and follow SOPs

• Manage incidents, respond to alarms, and escalate when necessary

• Provide on-the-job training (OJT) for new officers

• Handle emergencies and support fire drills

• Maintain accurate reports and documentation

Requirements:

• Valid PLRD Security Officer License

• Minimum 1 year of experience supervising a security team

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• PC literate and able to write clear incident reports

• First Aid / AED / CERT certified (advantageous for some sites)
