Working Days: Monday – Friday (No Public Holiday Duty)

Working Hours: 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Company bus provided with pick-up points at: Tampines MRT/Sengkang/Bishan/Paya Lebar/Yishun/Woodlands/Chua Chu Kang/Jurong Point/Boon Lay

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Security Supervisor to oversee both day and night security operations at our assignment. The ideal candidate is proactive, professional, and able to manage a team while maintaining strong communication with clients and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate day/night security officers on-site
• Ensure compliance with assignment SOPs and company policies
• Manage daily operations, incident reporting, and documentation
• Liaise professionally with the client to address security matters
• Conduct regular site checks to maintain safety and security standards
• Provide leadership, guidance, and mentoring to the security team
• Respond to emergencies, incidents, and escalations promptly

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Security Supervisor or similar role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good leadership, organisational, and conflict-management abilities
• Ability to work independently and handle client-facing duties
• Valid security licences with SS rank
