Security Solutions Architect (Pre-Sales, Palo Alto / SASE / Cloud Security)
We are looking for a client-facing Cybersecurity Pre-Sales Architect to drive enterprise security transformation initiatives across ASEAN.
This role focuses on delivering end-to-end cybersecurity solutions across network security, SASE, cloud security, and security operations, with a strong emphasis on Palo Alto Networks technologies.
You will play a key role in engaging enterprise customers, shaping solution strategies, and driving successful deal outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Pre-Sales & Solutioning
- Lead technical pre-sales engagements for enterprise cybersecurity solutions
- Design end-to-end security architectures across network, cloud, and security operations
- Deliver technical presentations, solution demos, and Proof of Concepts (POCs)
- Translate business requirements into scalable and secure technical solutions
Deal Support & Strategy
- Partner with sales teams to drive complex, high-value deals
- Support RFP/RFI responses, solution proposals, and bill of materials (BOM)
- Develop competitive positioning and technical win strategies
Customer Engagement
- Engage with C-level stakeholders and technical teams
- Act as a trusted advisor on cybersecurity strategy and transformation
- Provide technical guidance throughout the sales lifecycle
Requirements
- 6–10 years of experience in cybersecurity pre-sales, solution architecture, or consulting roles
- Hands-on or pre-sales experience with Palo Alto Networks solutions is required, such as:NGFW (Next-Generation Firewall) Prisma SASE / Prisma AccessCortex (XDR / XSOAR / XSIAM)
- Strong experience in one or more of the following domains: Network SecuritySASE / SD-WAN / SSECloud Security (AWS / Azure / GCP) Security Operations (SIEM / XDR / SOAR)
- Experience designing enterprise-scale security solutions
- Strong communication and presentation skills (client-facing)
Candidates with experience from Palo Alto partners, system integrators, or MSSPs are highly preferred.
Due to hiring quota issue, Potential Incumbent should be Singapore Citizen or with Permanent Resident Status.
