We are hiring a Cybersecurity Manager to drive governance, risk, and end-to-end security operations while leading internal and third-party SecOps teams.
Responsibilities :
- Own cybersecurity governance, risk management, and compliance frameworks
- Drive cyber risk metrics and executive / board-level reporting
- Lead security monitoring, incident response, and threat intelligence
- Manage SIEM, EDR, IDS/IPS, IAM, PAM, WAF, and other security platforms
- Lead investigations, remediation, and post-incident improvements
- Apply MITRE ATT&CK & D3FEND in detection and response strategies
- Lead and develop security engineers and analysts
- Manage outsourced / 3rd-party SecOps with clear KPIs and SLAs
- Partner closely with IT, business, and external stakeholders
Requirements :
- 58 years of cybersecurity operations experience
- Strong knowledge of ISO 27001, NIST, and cyber risk management
- Hands-on experience across SIEM, EDR, IAM, PAM, Firewalls, WAF
- Familiar with Cybersecurity Act 2018 (CCoP 2.0) and Singapore PDPA
- Experience in financial services or critical infrastructure is a plus
- Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, CRISC, GIAC are advantageous
