Job Summary
Lead and manage security personnel to ensure compliance with company and client regulations, maintain operational quality standards, and drive effective site security management through risk assessments, manpower planning, and training initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise Security Officers to ensure disciplined and effective security operations across assigned sites
- Enforce adherence to all company and client rules and regulations by security personnel to maintain compliance and operational integrity
- Maintain and uphold established quality standards for security services at each site to ensure consistent performance
- Oversee the accurate updating and maintenance of file systems and documentation at all job sites to support operational transparency and accountability
- Plan and monitor daily manpower schedules and site operations to optimize resource allocation and prevent security shortfalls
- Prepare and submit comprehensive monthly reports detailing site security status and operational activities to inform management decisions
- Conduct bi-weekly site visits to assess security conditions and operational effectiveness, ensuring proactive issue resolution
- Perform security and safety risk assessment surveys on assigned sites to identify vulnerabilities and recommend mitigation measures
- Manage day-to-day redeployment of security personnel to maintain adequate coverage and operational readiness across sites
- Deliver on-the-job training (OJT) for new hires and conduct refresher sessions on Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) to enhance team competency and compliance
