Security Operation Centre Supervisor

Location: Jurong West
Work Regime: 5 days (Roster Rotating - no fixed off days.)
Shift: Rotating Shift (2-day shift, 2-night shift, 2-off day)
Work Hours: 8am-8pm / 8pm-8am

The incumbent will report to the Security Manager and your primary function is to perform the undermentioned tasks as outlined by the Compliance, Strategy & Risk Management (CSRM) Security Operation Centre. Main duties and responsibilities are to perform day shift duty to provide security coverage involving the following key activities:

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Proactive architectural gap analysis based on strategic threat intelligence to propose changes in security

posture (e.g., reallocation of guard posts, deployment of additional surveillance).

• Design and facilitation of realistic, intelligence-based tabletop exercises to test team readiness.

• Functioning as the primary liaison service for internal external partners and law enforcement to

ensure a two-way flow of information.

• Leadership of the Crisis Management program, including providing coordinator services for any activations.

• Management of mass notification systems and high-level coordination during incidents.

• Providing advanced operational expertise to support the commissioning of all new sites, ensuring

comprehensive troubleshooting capabilities across the entire security infrastructure.

• Involves maintaining daily schedules to ensure consistent post coverage and staffing.

• Responsible for delivering timely and accurate incident reporting and collecting key operational metrics for

performance analysis.

• Provide crucial information from centralized security systems to support field operations.

• Investigative support for security incidents and internal audits, ensuring continuous quality assurance across all services.

• Primary point of contact for the continuous monitoring of all physical security systems (access control, alarm,

CCTV) and provides timely communications and actionable intelligence deprived from this oversight.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be able to start by Mid-March 2026 or earlier

• Must hold a valid PRD Grade of Security Supervisor (SS) rank.

• Must be first-aid trained

• Must be computer literate with at least 1 year of supervisory experience

• Must wear PPE when on duty (such as: Safety Boots).

• Have to undergo background checks and security screening.

• Experienced working in Datacenter or Security Operation Centre environment is an advantage.

• Independent, well-organized, and good work attitude.
